Recently we we have been inundated with requests for settlement figures and or details of existing loans, many of which were bogus, some from people simply guessing which Loan Company they should contact.

Please note that A1 Loans Direct are NOT lenders. Even if initially you got a loan, via our web site, we do not have any facility to offer settlement figures, or provide details of your existing loan. Only your actual lender can do that.

You therefore need to approach your lender directly. If you cannot remember your lender's name, then please do not guess and further inconvenience Companies. Please do the sensible thing and contact your Bank, or the Institution that makes the loan repayments on your behalf. They should have the full details of your lender and should therefore be able to assist you to contact your lender.

Please note that ANY future email requests for us to provide details of any existing loans, or to provide a settlement figure will remain unanswered
